As Acquisition Costing Leader, you play a critical role during the project acquisition phase. * Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Quality, Logistics, Purchasing) to gather technical and financial inputs * Evaluate the feasibility of customer projects in terms of cost, timeline, and technical complexity * Prepare detailed project costings, including products, processes, tooling, and engineering activities * Suggest technical or process alternatives to improve the quality/cost/timing balance * Continuously update and improve costing databases and tools based on project feedback and learnings * 3-5 years of relevant experience in project costing, preferably in an industrial environment * Proficient in costing techniques and project budgeting * Knowledge of quality and process optimization principles
