In this role you will act as the of the national marketing strategy, driving market development, competitive differentiation, and long-term growth for one of Edwards' most dynamic and rapidly evolving therapeutic areas. * Lead the development and continuous evolution of the German TMTT marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the European vision while tailoring approaches to local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and unmet clinical needs. * Ensure close collaboration & communication with the Country Marketing Team and the broader European TMTT marketing team to drive consistency, share best practices, and support regional projects * Proven successful project management skills * Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition and changing market dynamics.
