At BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, we continuously work on improving our production processes and preparing them for future requirements. * Current-state analysis & data collection:Recording production value streams at the Tiengen site through time studies, interviews, and process walkthroughs. * Process & material flow analysis:Identification of bottlenecks and waste along selected product families. * Simulation & innovation:Process optimization using simulations, digital twins, or (optionally) AI-based forecasting models. * Concept development:Design of future-state value streams and preparation of data-based decision proposals for management. * Strong interest in Lean Management, process optimization, and digitalization * Initial experience with value stream analysis or production processes is an advantage * Room for own ideas, experimentation, and development of new digital approaches
