You analyze CRM-related business processes (donor management, campaign management, relationship management) and consult on improving efficiency and system integration - Together with our Domain Data Owner and Process Owner Marketing, you identify optimization opportunities, streamline end-to-end processes, and reduce manual work through automation * You act as a link between business users, the project team, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and process consistency * After the introduction of new CRM components, such as DynaCampaign and Inxmail, you take over their operational responsibility and drive ongoing optimization, user adoption, and process automation * You have 1-3 years of professional experience in application management, CRM administration, or process support, ideally in a non-profit or service-oriented environment
