The Senior Associate, Labor & Employee Relations performs audits to ensure compliance with laws and company policies and culture, identify areas for improvement and provide expert advice to management on conduct and HR policies to reduce legal risks and foster a positive work environment. They also conduct investigations into workplace issues like harassment, discrimination, and policy violations, gathering facts through interviews and document analysis to produce reports with recommendations. * Conduct site and documentation audits for compliance with HR policies and legal requirements * Identify and implement improvements in Employee Relations processes, policies, and tools * Investigate harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics violations, and other policy breaches by gathering evidence through interviews and document reviews
