This role provides the unique chance to work at the intersection of cutting-edge simulation technology and real-world product innovation, contributing directly to the performance and reliability of Novanta's high-precision laser scanning solutions. * Conduct dynamic FEM simulations to evaluate system behavior under high-speed motion, including deformation and transient stability effects. Strong foundation in FEM simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, COMSOL). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate simulation results into practical design recommendations.
