Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (4th semester or higher) or Master's program in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (e.g., Sociology, Business Administration) * Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail - As an intern, you will support our Team in designing and implementing impactful organizational initiatives. * Contributing to projects focused on cultural and organizational transformation, skill development, and learning initiatives * Previous experience (e.g., internships) in HR, consulting, or organizational development is an advantage but not mandatory * Strong interest in at least one of the following areas: Organizational cultural change / Change and transformation projects / Development of new skills and skill requirements based on insights and data
