From Europe, the organization manages sales activities across the European market, as well as REACH/CLP compliance, warehousing & logistics, customer service, and cross-regional business coordination. * Independently develop new customers and manage existing accounts * Degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, business, or a comparable qualification * 3–8+ years of experience in sales or technical sales of polymer additives or coatings raw materials * Good understanding of customer structures (formulators, purchasing, technical managers) * A key role in develping a new market in Europe
