Responsibility for support further development, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights) * Independent analysis of technical requirements from Business Product Owners and CRM specialists and implementation of sustainable technical solutions (in coordination with the ), including the enhancement of standard Dynamics 365 modules through customization as well as TypeScript and C# development * Development and maintenance of interfaces to other applications (e.g. SAP, Reporting Services), as well as the further development of integrative components (e.g. web front ends, backend, and database development) * Excellent knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Insights), plugin development (C#), and Dynamics UI development (JavaScript/TypeScript)
