In this strategic role, you will shape and implement the employee relations (ER), HR compliance, and risk management framework for Central Europe. You'll serve as a key advisor to employees, managers, and leadership, leading ER case management, resolving escalations, and driving policy and compliance alignment across the region. * Managing sensitive and complex employee relations cases, including investigations into misconduct, grievances, and interpersonal conflict. * Identifying and mitigating workplace risks, drawing on both internal data and external insights to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions such as policy updates, manager guidance, or training interventions. * Enabling HR teams and people managers by providing tools, resources, and training to strengthen their ability to manage ER situations confidently and consistently across Central Europe.
