Innovation, Portfolio and Brand Management: You lead global brand initiatives, such as launches, re-launches, brand activation and innovation projects end-to end, orchestrating cross-functional HQ teams and subsidiaries through influence rather than line authority. * Insight-Driven Performance Management: You continuously analyse category, and brand performance, uncover opportunities and risks, and leverage market research to turn facts and insights into clear, actionable recommendations. * Professional qualifications: Degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable field, combined with solid project management know-how. * Experience: Several years of strategic and operative end-to-end brand management responsibility in OTC or FMCG; international exposure is a plus.
