You will act as Senior IT System Engineer (remote and approximately 30% willingess to travel to customer site) interfacing with the customers, respond to reported incident issues, attend regular service support visits, support a remote team of installation & upgrade on site, perform software O/S patching or Safety updates when needed, manage customer expectations, and ensure clear communication between the customer and GEHC. * Perform structured fault analysis across complex IT environments (servers, networks, applications), including the setup, installation, configuration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of physical and virtual Windows and/or Linux servers.
