The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. At our core is our engineering DNA, with 1,280+ engineers, 1,700+ active global patents and ~51 manufacturing locations. This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of IT hardware and software. * Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation. * Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams and Enterprise IT of the parent company. * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
