As Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator, you will drive the evolution of our HR systems by ensuring reliable functionality, trusted data, and strong user adoption. We evaluate incoming applications solely on the basis of professional qualifications and consider them regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or belief system. You will connect system management, smart reporting, and process automation with business needs and compliance standards, powering efficient, secure, and insight driven HR operations. * Own and manage two HR systems (HERO Super User Role, SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure system stability, functionality and continuous optimisation. * Coordinate and implement system configurations, enhancements, releases, and testing in collaboration with external and internal to support continuous system optimisation and reliability.
