• You lead our Community Team both professionally and disciplinarily with clarity, energy, and direction, developing it into a strong, highly collaborative team with a clear focus on our members. • You drive the evolution of our core community building blocks – events and activities, benefits, content, tools, and operations – ensuring they create impact, deliver real value, and scale with the community. • You have a completed degree in business, communication, social sciences, innovation management, or a comparable field - or equivalent practical experience. • You are confident using digital tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, community management systems (such as Circle), event tools, and workflow automation platforms.
