Drive the professionalization and harmonization of our field sales organization across all subsidiaries. * Define, formalize, and communicate standard processes for field sales tasks, such as customer visit preparation, negotiation, objection handling, and visit reporting (e.g. standard operating procedures, trainings). * Establish leadership standards for field sales, including co-drives, performance reviews, and coaching to ensure consistent leadership quality. * Conceptualize and implement productivity improvement measures to enhance field sales efficiency (e.g. IT tooling landscape, standard operating procedures, trainings). * Collaborate with HR to define role profiles, training requirements, and career paths in field sales, supporting long-term talent development. * Collaborate with local /Sales, and support management by developing and regularly reviewing KPIs in cooperation with HR and Controlling.
