Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other digital tools to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. This positionl leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and software solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. o Develop training programs and resources to upskill HR staff and end-users on new technologies and systems. o Ensure HR systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and data privacy standards, such as GDPR or local data protection laws. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
