• You manage all operational HR processes, including development, training and further education, as well as compensation and benefits • You work trustfully with the works council and relevant interest groups and take on the administrative tasks of day-to-day HR business • You have practical professional experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role in human resources • Ideally, you are familiar with operational HR work and recruiting in an operations environment • You are proficient in common HR systems, ideally Workday, DATEV, and time tracking tools
