Ideally, you also bring knowledge in office safety & security management, office space and furniture planning, and facility maintenance, and understand their importance for operational efficiency and the overall employee experience * You will take full ownership of our office infrastructure for more than 300 people – this includes planning and organizing the office layout, coordinating furniture needs, and ensuring a functional, well-designed workspace * Regular facility checks and ensuring safety compliance are also part of your weekly routine * Collaborate closely with our Office Management team of three to continuously improve our office workflows, support internal teams, and foster a culture of sustainability and operational excellence * Ideally, you have professional experience in Administration, Office Management, Reception & Front Desk, Business Operations, or Operations Management
