You will own the full sales cycle, build territory strategies, and act as a trusted helping customers unlock datadriven operational excellence. * Expand existing accounts through targeted upsell and crosssell motions across the Voith digital stack. * Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to secure customer outcomes and accelerate adoption. * Ensure transparent qualification, progression, and reporting across the full sales cycle. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Sales or Marketing, Business Informatics, Digital Business, or a related field with strong links to technology and industrial environments. * A team-oriented, analytical, and resourceful professional who effectively collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive customer outcomes.
