Several years of professional experience in training management, education services, enablement, or professional services within a technology or software environment. As a Manager of the SoftProject Academy you are responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the Academy organization. The role includes the leadership of the Academy Training Team, the development and maintenance of high-quality training and education content, and the establishment of a scalable, modern learning portfolio for SoftProject products * Performance Management & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance (e.g. revenue, utilization, certifications), and prepare management reports. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure effective customer enablement.
