The purpose of the role is to build a high-reliability PMO that delivers Product, Technology, CAPEX projects faster, on scope, on schedule and on budget. * Lead, coach, and upskill the project management team - o Quality and therefore reliability of the project schedule planning - o Number of project delays (vs. project schedule plan) o Reduction of overall project duration and TTM (time-to market), also via use of agile models for development sprints and problem-solving - o Tracking of the project progress.
