Ensure the ongoing content and technical development of digital channels and platforms (including CMS, web tracking, and email automation). As Interim Head of Online, you take on the strategic, technical, and personnel responsibility for all digital marketing and communication activities of Welthungerhilfe. Your goal: to measurably increase donations, reach, and engagement across our digital channels - data-driven, precisely targeted, and with tangible impact. You lead an interdisciplinary team of around ten people, work closely with internal and external , and actively drive the digital transformation of our organization. * Strategically and data-drivenly manage all digital initiatives for acquiring and retaining supporters, in close collaboration with the cross-departmental newsroom. * Use relevant KPIs to guide, measure, and continuously optimize digital activities.
