                          Provide technical support in the OR during robotic-assisted procedures using the hinotori robotic surgery system, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted use of the system. * Support hospitals with related materials, equipment, instrument availability and readiness in strict communication with the OR teams and their stakeholders, including ordering processes and stock checks * Collaborate with the Training Department during the customer training at the Medicaroid Intelligence Laboratory training center (MIL ORSI / MIL IRCAD) supporting the customers of the affiliated hospital implementing or using the system. * Bridge the communication between Medicaroid Europe GmbH and the customer site. * High organizational and time management skills, prioritizing appropriately the task and the support provided * On field support for a minimum of 60% of the time
