This role sits between Customer Success, Operations, and Automation. * Redesign how Customer Success operates, identifying manual workflows and replacing them with scalable systems and automation. * 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in B2B SaaS. * Real ownership: shape how Customer Success operates at scale. * Implement automation across the customer lifecycle — onboarding, health monitoring, support triage, and renewal signals. * Lead strategic customer conversations, including QBRs and executive workshops focused on measurable business outcomes.
