Customer and Partner Support - Managing existing customer accounts, processing returns, and proactively communicating shipping and order information to customers and business partners. Processing purchase orders, invoices, debit and credit memos, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining sales and customer master data in the SAP system (SD). Assisting with the handling of customer complaints in collaboration with the quality team to ensure prompt and compliant resolutions. A detail-oriented work style with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, as well as fluency in German and English.
