As Key Account Manager at LRE, you are the commercial owner of selected strategic customers. Your focus is on managing ongoing business for established product lines — ensuring stable volume, healthy margins, and long-term customer satisfaction. Customer & Relationship Management * Serve as the main commercial interface for key customers. * Develop account strategies and guide internal alignment around customer priorities. * Manage and challenge customer forecasts to ensure accuracy and profitability. * Drive customer conversations on cost-out, efficiency and lifecycle changes. * Bring together Technical Sales, Customer Operations, Production, Finance, Quality and Regulatory as required to deliver a consistent customer experience. * Clarify customer requirements and ensure alignment on commercial impacts. * Willingness to travel to customers and LRE sites. * Direct customer ownership and decision-making latitude.
