(Organization by trade Marketing) * Daily Business Application support for more advanced questions, not able to be handled by customer/project services * Identification of customer problems and developing financial projection around value to the business * Strong understanding of local market standards, application habits, and customer needs. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
