Customer acquisition: Build and execute a structured prospecting and outreach plan to win new customers across the EU, from first contact to signed contract. * Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on scope, performance expectations, warranty/service concepts, delivery model, and contract terms—closing deals while protecting margin and manageable project risk. * Utility / EPC Advantage: Experience with utility customers and/or EPC delivery models is beneficial (tender processes, risk allocation, scope clarity, contract structures). * Commercial Strength: Skilled in value-based selling, structuring offers, pricing logic, and negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
