As a Manager of the SoftProject Academy you are responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the Academy organization. The role includes the leadership of the Academy Training Team, the development and maintenance of high-quality training and education content, and the establishment of a scalable, modern learning portfolio for SoftProject products * Content Strategy & Quality Assurance: Oversee the development, maintenance, and quality of all training content aligned with product roadmaps and release cycles. * Performance Management & Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor performance (e.g. revenue, utilization, certifications), and prepare management reports. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure effective customer enablement.
