Perform structured fault analysis across complex IT environments (servers, networks, applications), including the setup, installation, configuration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of physical and virtual Windows and/or Linux servers. Incident, Problem & Change Management * Provide independent on‑site and remote troubleshooting, support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, and ensure high system availability and technical quality. * Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, tickets, and service reports while adhering to quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
