As the central contact for complex and sensitive ER cases, you lead investigations, resolve issues, and advise on challenging HR matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. * Conflict resolution: You effectively lead and manage workplace issues while ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and business alignment. In this strategic role, you will shape and implement the relations (ER), HR compliance, and risk management framework for Central Europe. You also oversee key HR processes, including case management and policy development, and work closely with HR Services, Legal, and Compliance to align practices, mitigate risks, and promote a fair, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with HR Services, Legal, Compliance, and other HR teams across Central Europe.
