As a trusted sparring partner for leaders and employees, you provide hands-on advice on compensation, incentives, and equity, and drive cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact * Design, implementation, and continuous development of globally consistent yet locally competitive compensation models * Conducting global compensation benchmarking, taking into account regional labor markets, cost structures, and regulatory differences * You have several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international company, preferably in the tech sector
