In this role, you will act as the “Power User” of the Audit Process System (APS), combining deep process knowledge with strong product management and experience expertise. * Management of APS-related stakeholder exchange with internal departments as well as certification bodies and , ensuring aligned objectives and continuous improvement * Collection, evaluation, prioritization and coordination of APS feature requests in collaboration with internal , certification bodies and auditors * Creation, management, and maintenance of APS documentation, including BPMN 2.0 process flows, guidelines, manuals and user-facing materials * Provision of APS Helpdesk support including ticket assessment, prioritization and resolution * University degree in environmental or sustainability studies, engineering, business management, information technology or a comparable field
