In this hybrid role, you connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, plan commercial launch strategies, and turn insights into revenue. * make all departments launch-ready (Product, Sales, Marketing, KAM, Support) * ensure consistent messaging in every channel, including D2C - Commercial Steering + Sales Enablement * create pitches, playbooks, and battlecards together with Marketing & Sales * train sales teams on positioning, arguments & target groups * Quarterly commission calculation for the sales force * 3–6 years in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or GTM roles * knowledge of retail marketing & retail sales structures (DE is a plus)
