You will transform complex hiring and recruitment campaign data into clear, actionable decisions – helping BCG compete for the best talent in Central Europe. * Measuring and evaluating digital employer branding campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels, using web analytics to assess channel contribution * Applying tracking frameworks including UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and attribution models to assess campaign ROI and media efficiency * Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Recruiting, Employer Branding, HR, and regional teams throughout campaign and reporting cycles * Serving as first point of contact for the external media agency; collaborating closely with the creative campaign lead and recruiting pipeline lead In sum, you will directly support BCG's ability to hire outstanding talent – analytically, thoughtfully, and with measurable impact.
