Partner with marketing, content, ecommerce, and data teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless customer experiences, and alignment with brand and commercial objectives. Drive innovation across CRM and loyalty by adopting emerging technologies and industry trends. 5 – 7 years of CRM experience with a proven ability to develop and execute successful, data-driven CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
