Support and promote Village services, loyalty programmes, gift cards, and additional offerings while responding to guest requests and enquiries. * Work closely with boutiques, guest services, security, housekeeping, and other stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities and maintain high guest satisfaction levels. We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. * At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, retail, or another customer-focused environment.
