This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. * Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system. * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals. * Provide support for telephony systems (VoIP phones, softphones) and troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy * Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) * Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and telephony systems
