Previous experience in technical support, customer service or call center. The objective of the Technical Support Rep is to understand the question or issue, discover all the answers and options available then suggest the best answer or resolution that ultimately ensures the customer's needs have been met. The Technical Support Rep will also assist with various department projects improving department efficiency and effectiveness. This position will aid internal & external customers when facing a technical question or challenge. * Support other internal operational teams and complete department projects. * Support field service engineers where applicable with administrative support. * High School Diploma/equivalent or technical certifications. * Customer service experience, preferably in a technical/computer related field.
