This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. * Provide support for telephony systems (VoIP phones, softphones) and troubleshoot connectivity issues. The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. * Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system. * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals. * Manage and support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) including MDM solutions. * Support industrial devices (barcode scanners, handheld terminals, rugged devices) used in production and logistics. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support * Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)
