Strategic planning, management, and optimization of all paid social and paid search activities (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) * Ensuring reliable tracking and measurement concepts (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel & Events) Close cooperation with internal (e.g., web, design, sales) for the strategic development of paid media activities. * 5 years of practical, hands-on experience in paid social and paid search/SEA, including at least 1 year with strategic management and budget responsibility * Very good understanding of paid media platforms, audience strategies, and funnel logic in the context of lead generation and conversion optimization. * In-depth knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking and measurement concepts.
