Identifying and mitigating workplace risks, drawing on both internal data and external insights to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions such as policy updates, manager guidance, or training interventions. In this strategic role, you will shape and implement the relations (ER), HR compliance, and HR risk management framework for Central Europe. You will lead complex ER investigations, manage critical HR processes, including Case Management, develop policies, and advise senior leadership on sensitive workplace matters.
