In this commercially critical role, you will shape and drive revenue and profitability for ZEISS by translating market data, pricing insights and portfolio strategies into concrete commercial actions. Your mission is to optimize revenue quality – ensuring healthy margins, competitive price positioning and coherent commercial steering. * Develop and implement revenue and pricing strategies (including price architectures, discount and rebate frameworks) for defined businesses/regions in line with ZEISS' commercial strategy. * Own and further develop commercial policies and governance (pricing, discount structures, bonuses, pay‑for‑performance), define key revenue KPIs and ensure transparency on commercial performance. * Use data analytics and market intelligence to identify revenue and margin opportunities, build business cases for pricing initiatives, and track the impact of implemented measures.
