Manage and coordinate the global sales project roadmap across all sales channels (field, tele, depot, digital), with a focus on strategic development, process optimization, and tool enablement * Ensure consistent execution of the commercial roadmap in close collaboration with project leads and key stakeholders across functions and regions * Lead and contribute to selected strategic projects aimed at improving sales structures, tools, and cross-channel integration * Define and align future-state sales processes across all channels, including Key Account Management and Pricing, with an emphasis on operational efficiency * Identify and prioritize business needs for sales tools (e.g., CRM, tour planning, sales cockpit, order management tools) in collaboration with internal stakeholders * Higher education in Business Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing, or a related field
