Cross-functional Deal Execution: Align Engineering, Product, Project Management, Legal, and Finance to deliver high-quality proposals (scope, schedule, pricing, cash plan, risk/assumptions) and smooth handover after signature. * Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on scope, performance expectations, warranty/service concepts, delivery model, and contract terms—closing deals while protecting margin and manageable project risk. * Experience: Mid to senior B2B sales track record selling complex technical solutions or products (energy, infrastructure, industrial, renewables, grid) with measurable new-business wins. * Utility / EPC Advantage: Experience with utility customers and/or EPC delivery models is beneficial (tender processes, risk allocation, scope clarity, contract structures).
