Drive the adoption, optimization and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting module, ensuring alignment with recruitment processes, program needs and stakeholder requirements. * Analyze hiring metrics and workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable frameworks that drive efficiency and resolve process gaps. * Define, monitor and optimize KPIs for all assigned programs, leveraging data to drive performance improvements and inform decision-making. * Contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives, including process optimization and the adoption of technology and AI within Talent Acquisition. * Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including process optimization, reporting, or system-related initiatives is good to have for this role. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, actions and measurable improvements.
