In this strategic role, you will shape and implement the relations (ER), HR compliance, and HR risk management framework for Central Europe. You will lead complex ER investigations, manage critical HR processes, including Case Management, develop policies, and advise senior leadership on sensitive workplace matters. You'll serve as a key advisor to employees, managers, and leadership, leading ER case management, resolving escalations, and driving policy and compliance alignment across the region. * Building strong partnerships across HR, Legal, and business leadership, acting as a trusted in high-stakes or ambiguous situations and promoting a culture of accountability and respect. * Preferred: knowledge of HR risk management and compliance practices
