Technical and organisational support for meetings and small events (room bookings, catering coordination, participant communication). * Local administrative support for visitors and new group members (e.g., hiring-related processes in coordination with administration and assistance in finding accommodation). * Completed vocational training as an office administrator or comparable qualification, or a completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or initial professional experience in an assistant, office management, or administration role, ideally in an academic or research environment. * Confident use of common office software and online tools; openness to participating in and organising online meetings.
