Zwingend erforderlich ist eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Kunststoffindustrie, beispielsweise bei Herstellern, Verarbeitern oder Handelsunternehmen, sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Business Development oder im lösungsorientierten technischen Vertrieb. Erste internationale Erfahrung ist von Vorteil, ebenso wie Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Marketing, Leadgenerierung und Target-Management.
Sie entwickeln Zielkunden entlang des gesamten Business-Development-Prozesses – von der ersten Marktansprache über die Qualifizierung von Opportunities bis hin zur erfolgreichen Etablierung neuer Kunden. The position leads the regional productivity agenda, drives procurement transformation, and ensures sustainable year-on-year value delivery across Indirect spend categories through strong stakeholder management, supplier partnerships, and alignment with Global and EMEA Procurement teams. * Lead Indirect Procurement categories across GRoW, including: IT & Telecom, Professional Services, HR Services, Travel & Events, Temporary Labor, Fleet, Commercial Services, Energy, MRO, and Facility Management. * Lead procurement governance and myBuy deployment, ensuring strong compliance, spend visibility, and process excellence. * Development: We offer local and international career and learning opportunities, e.g. PEPUniversity (our global learning platform), Lunch & Learn sessions and our annual Festival of Learning.
